
If you have any sort of anxiety about going to the gym and feel extremely intimidated by it (me, that’s me! 🙋🏻♀️) see if you can book a personal trainer for an hour to show you how to use all the equipment and write up a gym circuit for you.
My community gym offers this for $10 and it was like someone holding my hand and telling me it would be okay! Relieved so much anxiety and made things seem so much more achievable!
